These terms cover use of this website (https://www.shemastudio.co) only. They do not cover the separate agreement you would sign for a project, which governs the actual work, deliverables, pricing and confidentiality for that engagement.
Using this site
You may browse this site and use the Consent Scan and contact forms for their intended purpose: evaluating the studio and requesting work. Do not use the site to submit false information, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, or scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other visitors.
The Consent Scan
The free Consent Scan is a manual review of what fires on a site you submit, before and after a consent choice. It reports what we observed in that session. It is not an automated audit, not a guarantee of legal compliance, and not legal advice; your counsel decides what the findings mean for you.
Intellectual property
The design, code and copy of this site belong to Shema Studio unless stated otherwise. Client work referenced under Work is shown as a description of the engagement, not as a claim of ownership over the client’s own site or brand.

Limitation of liability
