Self-healing infrastructure, when the fix runs itself at 3 AM

The situation

A recurring Elementor bug was silently deleting page CSS, and lead data from web forms had no reliable way to carry its original marketing source into the CRM once a lead was created or edited.

work

What we did

Built an n8n workflow to detect and remediate the CSS bug automatically overnight: SSH into the server, flush the WP CLI cache, and purge the WP Engine, Cloudflare and Sucuri caches, with no human involved. Separately, a Cloudflare Worker captures UTM attribution at the edge and stores it in a key-value store, synced into Zoho CRM through a script triggered three ways: on lead creation, on email edits, and via a daily 3 AM UTC sweep to catch anything the first two missed. A monthly promotional campaign workflow was documented so it runs repeatably without a rebuild.

result

Result

A site that repairs a known recurring bug before business hours start, and a CRM that never loses track of where a lead came from, even if that record gets edited days later.
